Il Secure by Design Lead Specialist integra i principi di sicurezza nella progettazione e realizzazione di sistemi, applicazioni e servizi Edgewing fin dalle fasi iniziali. Coordina attività di architettura, threat modelling e assicurazione, definendo standard per garantire soluzioni sicure, resilienti e conformi ai requisiti organizzativi.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inserito nella funzione Governance della JV, riporta al Secure by Design Manager.

TASKS:

  • Guidare l’implementazione dei principi Secure by Design in progetti e prodotti.
  • Fornire consulenza specialistica su sicurezza a team tecnologici, digitali e business.
  • Revisionare architetture, design e proposte tecniche.
  • Individuare rischi di sicurezza nelle fasi di progettazione e proporre controlli adeguati.
  • Sviluppare e aggiornare standard, pattern e linee guida Secure by Design.
  • Supportare attività di threat modelling e revisione architetturale sicura.
  • Collaborare con team di sviluppo, ingegneria, cloud e infrastrutture.
  • Garantire conformità a politiche di sicurezza, standard e normative.
  • Supportare attività di testing e validazione per nuovi o modificati servizi.
  • Promuovere la cultura della sicurezza e le migliori pratiche progettuali.
  • Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi di sicurezza e progettazione.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Laurea o titolo equivalente in cybersecurity, informatica, ingegneria o discipline affini.
  • Certificazioni professionali rilevanti (CISSP, CSSLP, CISM o in corso di conseguimento).
  • Certificazioni architetturali (SABSA, TOGAF o simili).
  • Certificazioni in sicurezza cloud o applicativa.
  • Esperienza consolidata in design sicuro di sistemi, applicazioni o soluzioni.
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei principi Secure by Design e architettura di sicurezza.
  • Capacità di condurre review di sicurezza e attività di threat modelling.
  • Forte conoscenza delle tecniche di mitigazione dei rischi di sicurezza.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative anche con interlocutori non tecnici.

Requisiti preferenziali:

  • Esperienza in ambienti cloud-native, DevSecOps o agilità.
  • Conoscenza di tecniche di testing di sicurezza applicativa e coding sicuro.
  • Esperienza in contesti regolamentati o ad alto rischio.
  • Familiarità con framework e standard di sicurezza (es. ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Esperienza in programmi di trasformazione digitale su larga scala.
  • Comprensione di principi di protezione dati e privacy-by-design.
