Obiettivo della posizione: Figura strategica responsabile della definizione, governance e supervisione del framework di sicurezza del personale. Guida un team multinazionale di tre specialisti, garantendo l’adesione ai più elevati standard di sicurezza per tutte le persone con accesso a persone, beni e informazioni. Esperto in politiche di sicurezza del personale, gestisce decisioni complesse sui rischi e supporta i vertici organizzativi.
Responsabilità principali:
- Gestione e performance di un team tri-nazionale di specialisti in sicurezza del personale.
- Leadership strategica e governance operativa conforme a politiche aziendali, quadro di gestione dei rischi e obiettivi organizzativi.
- Supervisione e qualità di tutte le attività di verifica del personale, gestione casi complessi, rapporti con enti governativi e stakeholder esterni.
- Conduzione di processi di valutazione del rischio e gestione delle minacce interne in collaborazione con team di Sicurezza, HR e Legale.
- Gestione e aggiornamento continuo di policy, standard e metriche di controllo con focus su miglioramento innovativo.
- Impegno nel coinvolgimento e supporto di senior management e collegamenti in forum intergovernativi o settoriali.
Requisiti essenziali:
- Diploma o qualifica equivalente in ambito sicurezza.
- Esperienza significativa in sicurezza del personale, operazioni di vetting o ambiti di sicurezza nazionale.
- Conoscenza approfondita dei framework di sicurezza UK/IT/JP (es. BPSS, SC, DV, PSC).
- Capacità decisionale avanzata su rischi complessi e fornire consulenze di rilievo a livelli senior.
- Competenze di leadership, gestione stakeholder e comunicazione efficace.
- Integrità e discrezione nella gestione di informazioni sensibili.
- Conoscenza avanzata dell’inglese (C1).
