Responsabilità principali:
- Guidare e gestire il framework di protezione dati e conformità privacy dell’organizzazione
- Garantire la conformità alle normative di protezione dati, come GDPR e UK Data Protection Act
- Consulenza su rischi di protezione dati relativi a progetti, sistemi e nuove iniziative
- Gestire valutazioni d’impatto sulla protezione dati (DPIA) e azioni di mitigazione del rischio
- Rispondere alle richieste di diritti degli interessati nei tempi di legge
- Gestire e investigare violazioni dei dati e incidenti, comprese notifiche regolatorie

- Certificazioni professionali rilevanti (es. CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, BCS Data Protection Practitioner, IAPP, ISO 27001) possedute o in corso
- Esperienza dimostrabile in ruoli di protezione dati, privacy o compliance
- Solida conoscenza di legislazioni e framework regolatori sulla protezione dati
