What you’ll do as a Project Controls Apprentice
Project Controls is a fundamental discipline that ensures the safe, stable execution of projects and helps achieve business growth. The role focuses on scheduling, planning, risk management, resource allocation, performance metrics and change management, and is integral to an Integrated Project Team delivering successful projects. This apprenticeship will enable you to develop a strong foundation in Project Controls while experiencing diverse operational contexts.
- Grow your knowledge of an engineering business and understand the role of a Project Controller by working within our Functional and Integrated Project Teams.
- Develop and utilise key Project Controls skills, including processes, tools and methodologies.
- Support early‑career activities, such as working as a STEM ambassador in schools, colleges and universities.
Qualifications
Minimum: 5 GCSE grades 4‑9 (or A*‑C) including Maths and English.
Salary & Security Clearance
Salary: £17,850 per annum.
Security Clearance: The role requires pre‑employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). Additional National Security Vetting (NSV) may apply (SC or DV).
