Job Description

Salary Range £43,000 - £55,000. Leonardo UK operates a grade-based salary framework with broad bands. The salary range shown reflects the approved grade band for this role, or a narrower hiring range published within that band, and is benchmarked against the external market. Exceptions above the standard range are managed through governance controls to protect internal equity.

Working alongside a team of experienced health professionals supporting employees across the UK, and reporting to the Senior Occupational Health Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive occupational health service that promotes and maintains employee health, wellbeing, and workplace safety.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support our health surveillance programme
  • Sickness Absence Management
  • Return to work assessments
  • Travel Health and vaccinations
  • Promote wellbeing
  • Support employees, managers and HR with health advice
  • Co-ordination of externally trained first aiders at work
  • Home UK Travel

What You’ll Bring:

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC accreditation.
  • Occupational Health and/or Community Nurse experience
  • Interest in Wellbeing
  • Team player who is looking to develop / expand their Occupational Health experience
  • Ability to deliver sound clinical advice remotely and on site

Security Clearance

This role is subject to pre‑employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
