Leonardo Luton is seeking a part-time People Partner to join the People Team on a 14-month fixed-term contract, based in Luton with 22 hours per week onsite for at least two days. The role is aligned to support operations, manufacturing and quality teams and to enable a culture of trust and empowerment.
You will help deliver the UK People Plan, coach leaders, drive resourcing and engagement initiatives, and work with an outsourced HR provider to ensure smooth day-to-day services.
