Becrypt is seeking a motivated Tier 2 Customer Support Engineer to join our Service Desk.

You will provide second-line technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure reliable and high-quality service delivery.

Based at Becrypt, this hybrid role involves logging tickets, meeting SLAs, and on-call rotation.

Occasional on-site visits may be required as you work with Linux, Windows Server, SQL, VMware, and cloud services.
