Leonardo is hiring talented Engineering Managers to join our rapidly growing Electronic Warfare Line of Business. With a strong and expanding programme portfolio, we offer multiple opportunities to lead high‑performing teams, drive technical innovation, and make a real impact on defence solutions. You will join an engineering team on a permanent basis to cover an exciting and growing Integrated Project Team (IPT).
The Engineering Manager role provides engineering leadership and management in collaboration with the Chief Engineer and Senior Engineering Manager to identify, develop, deliver and support the technical solution. This role offers a hybrid working opportunity.
What You’ll Do As An Engineering Manager
As an Engineering Manager you will be responsible for development, maintenance and enhancements of a product line. This includes owning, developing and executing the strategy required to enable the product to meet the sector long term Business Plan in line with the Product Maturity.
