Leonardo UK is seeking a Project Engineering Lead to drive day-to-day engineering management across bid and delivery for complex projects in the Integrated Mission Solutions sector. Based in our Luton office with hybrid working, you will line-manage multi-discipline teams, coordinate with the Chief Engineer, and ensure technical quality, schedule and budget adherence.
You will mentor and develop the engineering team, manage suppliers and make-or-buy decisions, and maintain clear communication.
