Are you interested in working on one of the most critical defence and aerospace projects in the UK? We're looking for someone who is experienced in Software Engineering, Agile and leading a team to join us in one of our key Software delivery teams on the Typhoon Radar.

This role is to be the Scrum Master within an established agile delivery team where you'll work alongside the Product Owner as part of the team leadership, helping to grow, coach and nurture a high performing team. You'll report into the Release Train Engineer and help to ensure success across the wider Agile Release Train.

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in technical or engineering environments, ideally in aerospace, defence or high-tech environments.
  • Experience working in scaled environments, understanding how multiple Agile teams align and synchronise to deliver value.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of or certifications in SAFe or other agile scaling frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to handle complicated, regulated environments.
  • Security Clearance.
