We are seeking a detail‑orientated and proactive Pricing Analyst to join our Advanced Targeting Project Management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing, analysing and presenting project related cost data. You will work closely with project managers and other key stakeholders including the U.S. Government to ensure accurate reporting and performance tracking.

What you will do as a Pricing Analyst

  • CSDR Reporting
    • Collate data and compile reports for the U.S. Government CADE System.
    • Analyse pricing audits across a range of customers and end users.
    • Engage with relevant customer and prime contractor departments.
    • Develop and maintain advanced Excel models, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros for automation.
  • Proposal Management & Pricing
    • Support the PM and Cost Estimating teams with proposal creation and management.
  • Business Analysis
    • Conduct business cost review boards, collating, analysing, and presenting project unit costs against baseline forecasts.
    • Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
    • Support ad‑hoc analysis requests and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macro development, complex formulas, and modelling.
  • Practical experience generating and analysing SAP reports.
  • Background in project data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.
  • Experience with U.S. DoD contracts would be desirable.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Knowledge of rate structures and their construction.

This role is subject to pre‑employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) may apply; this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
