Your Impact: Truly partner the business to deliver growth across different functions as a Talent Attraction Partner. Directly impact outcomes, decisions and improvements through building and fostering strong relationships, using data and available tools to position yourself as a trusted recruitment partner to function(s) aligned to you. Manage and own the end to end hiring life‑cycle focusing on both candidate and stakeholder experience. Influence decisions and be very comfortable managing role volume across different disciplines and geographies.
What You’ll Bring: At least a few years of internal recruitment experience within a fast paced environment or RPO. You will work closely with our hiring community to understand the requirements to allow you to succeed in attracting the best talent to Leonardo. Your activities will include:
- Source active and passive candidates via direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping, industry events, creative sourcing and leveraging of available AI tools and relationship building to create strong talent pipelines.
- Engage proactively with the management population to understand and deliver against their requirements.
- Represent Leonardo and demonstrate our value proposition through candidate interaction throughout their hiring experience.
- Conduct initial screen and assessment of candidate knowledge, skills and abilities and overall fit with the role and schedule interviews.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit technical and non‑technical roles across different functions often at the same time.
- Advanced use of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and use of ATS, CRM's like WorkDay and Phenom.
- Show excellent organisation skills, a 'can do' attitude and the ability to build relationships and work seamlessly with your team members.
- Have a continuous improvement mindset.
- Provide sound advice, guidance and up to date information to your stakeholders.
- Be comfortable in presenting data and regular reports.
- Ability to work autonomously but still be a team player in a largely remote/hybrid working environment.
Security Clearance: This role is subject to pre‑employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
