Responsibilities
- As a Project Management Graduate, you will Start with an Induction into Leonardo, followed by team building activities, plus a Project Management specific induction. From day one, you will be immersed in a wide range of development opportunities delivered across both virtual platforms and practical working environments.
- Placement rotations typically consist of 6 months across the Project Management function, offering exposure to multiple projects and business areas. A 3-month external placement elsewhere within the business broadens your organisational understanding and professional network.
- Build technical expertise and soft skills through a structured scheme that provides development across real-world challenges alongside experienced professionals.
- Collaborate with the Project Management Team and Early Careers Team to shape your development path, select placements aligned with career goals, and gain visibility of the full product life cycle from concept and design through to delivery and in-service support.
- Gain exposure to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, supporting governance, reporting, and project control within the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Assist with stakeholder engagement, including customers and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout projects.
- Possibly visit customer facilities domestically and internationally to gain first-hand exposure to operational environments and strengthen customer relationships.
What You’ll Bring / Qualifications
- Minimum 2:2 Bachelors or Masters in Engineering Management, Economics or Business-related subject.
