Logistic Operative in Southampton

Be the Backbone of a Growing Logistics Hub in Southampton. Join a busy, expanding operation where your expertise keeps materials moving smoothly and efficiently. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday to Friday during the day, placing you at the centre of a reliable and capable team.

You will play a hands-on role in a small, agile team managing the entire flow of materials through the business—from goods receipt and stock control to kitting parts and preparing deliveries for UK and international customers.

• Receive and manage goods accurately
• Kit parts and prepare shipments
• Lift, carry, and move stock safely
• Climb steps to access and store goods
• Follow Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) practices where applicable

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred
• Ability to safely climb steps and carry/place goods as required
• Eligibility for SC Security Clearance

This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above. The most important skill is a good attitude and willingness to learn.

Security Clearance

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
