An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic and motivated in-house Occupational Health team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of our employees by providing skilled, professional support and guidance across the business.

This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to attend a site local to you. Our UK site locations include Edinburgh, Luton, Yeovil, Basildon, and Southampton.

Working alongside a team of experienced health professionals supporting employees across the UK, and reporting to the Senior Occupational Health Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive occupational health service that promotes and maintains employee health, wellbeing, and workplace safety.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support our health surveillance programme
  • Sickness Absence Management
  • Return to work assessments
  • Travel Health and vaccinations
  • Promote wellbeing
  • Support employees, managers and HR with health advice
  • Co-ordination of externally trained first aiders at work
  • Some UK Travel

What you'll bring:

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC accreditation
  • Occupational Health and/or Community Nurse experience
  • Interest in Wellbeing
  • Team player who is looking to develop / expand their Occupational Health experience
  • Ability to deliver sound clinical advice remotely and on site

Security Clearance

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
