The Division designs, builds and manufactures complex electronic systems and services for the global defence market.
We are looking for a talented and passionate Scrum Master at Leonardo in Luton. You don't need to have experience in embedded, avionics or defence systems; we embrace skilled people from all industries and will support the development of your skills and knowledge.
- You'll join a creative team developing solutions for new and existing platforms.
- You’ll facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives and reviews/demos).
- You’ll be part of Program Increment planning.
- You’ll be responsible for collation of flow metrics.
- You'll be mentoring, coaching and teaching engineers as an expert in scrum and agile best practices.
- You'll be collaborating with your Product Owner and the development team to shape the product vision and roadmap.
- You'll be supported to develop your skills, reach your goals and become better every day.
- You’ll be the Servant Leader for the development team.
- Depending on your level of experience you may lead our Scrum Master Community and coach/mentor a number of other Scrum Masters.
- Depending on your project you may present the development team status at Agile Release Train sync meetings to the Release Train Engineer and other scrum teams.
