Salary Range - £78,000 - £95,000

Leonardo UK operates a grade-based salary framework with broad bands. The salary range shown reflects the approved grade band for this role, or a narrower hiring range published within that band, and is benchmarked against the external market. Exceptions above the standard range are managed through governance controls to protect internal equity.

Your impact

• Set the direction for technology maturation activities, ensuring this is coherent with the technical risks identified elsewhere in the project.
• Work with the PEM to ensure SoW is representative of the technical delivery required.
• Work with senior technical stakeholders in the business to ensure technical delivery on the project is complimentary with other low TRL development and technical roadmaps.
• Responsible for providing technical input to the Technical Debt report.
• Key PoC for DA’s and Engineers in helping to mature their Domain knowledge and overall understanding of the GCAP System.
• Establish technical links within the Customer community to capture customer drivers and concerns.
• Work closely with the PEM and procurement to mature the supply chain for the EW system.

• Proven ability to proactively push projects forward and being decisive

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
