There is a member of our Apprentice team at each site, helping you progress, ensuring your study time is protected, enabling access to digital learning as well as opportunities to get involved with the local community and STEM projects, enhance many aspects of each programme.
Responsibilities
- Support project execution and delivery within the Integrated Sensing & Protection line of business.
- Engage in a series of placements within different functions or departments of the business to gain a rounded experience and prepare for a final placement in a Project Management role.
- Participate in work‑based learning, distance learning and university attendance to complete a BSc Honours degree in Project Management (ST0411).
- Assist with team management, contract status reviews, risk management, lifecycle management and financial management under the guidance of experienced project managers.
- Protect your study time and access digital learning resources and local community STEM projects.
Qualifications
- 3 Level 3 qualifications (A‑A, B‑C) including at least one of English, Maths or a Business‑related subject.
- Alternatively, a Level 3 business‑related qualification and GCSE (Grade 4‑9 / A‑C) in Maths and English.
- Commitment to a four‑year degree programme and readiness to work in the business.
Security Clearance
This role is subject to pre‑employment screening in line with the UK Government's Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). Additional Personnel Security Controls such as National Security Vetting may apply, which could include the Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
