As a team of two or three, you will be given the task of bidding into a competitive tender for a system to deploy a piece of Leonardo equipment into a challenging environment. The bid will culminate in a demo of a system you will have designed and developed, which is to be based on one of two COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) robotics platforms, and will require a range of engineering skills to adapt to the task.
The week will follow the processes and reviews Leonardo would use when bidding a contract, and will aim to expose the majority of the engineering and associated management functions within Leonardo.
