What you will do as a Senior Test Technician:
- Take our Products, test them, shake them, bake them and bond them.
- Work with a small team of Technicians within Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT).
- Be responsible for testing production and customer owned hardware.
- Fault-finding and diagnosis of faults to board level.
- Basic assembly of hardware plus programming of modules using a variety of Acceptance Test Equipment and software packages.
- Core Technician skills, problem solving and continuous improvement are also a necessity.
Due to the nature of work performed within this area, the majority of work performed will be within a screened laboratory environment.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience using electronic test and measurement equipment.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple testing activities.
- Adaptability to changing priorities, working independently or in a Team.
- Methodical approach to following test specs and recording results accurately.
- Ability to work effectively under time sensitive production schedules.
