  • Influencing engineering make/buy decisions
  • Building trusted, collaborative relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams
  • Driving continuous improvement with an openness to new ideas and perspectives from within and outside the business

  • Acting as an independent assessor for lifecycle management reviews

  • Experience shaping engineering inputs for bids or proposals
  • A passion for challenging established approaches in an evidence‐based, constructive way, and driving subsequent improvement
  • Interest or experience in digital technologies or synthetic environments

This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above. The most important skill is a good attitude and willingness to learn.
