Leonardo UK Ltd in the UK is seeking a Personal Assistant / Business Support Coordinator to keep a busy office running smoothly. You will coordinate administrative activities, manage calendars, travel, expenses, and provide executive support to the VP of the Business area, ensuring information and resources are well organised.

You will organise meetings with UK and international stakeholders, oversee facilities and IT, maintain records, support policy and document creation, and collaborate with others.
