Job Description

Are you passionate about driving quality excellence in a complex manufacturing environment?

Join our Manufacturing Product Quality team as a Senior Quality Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will lead quality activities across manufacturing, working closely with engineering, operations and suppliers to ensure robust processes and continuous improvement.

You will oversee final product inspection activities, manage the disposition of non-conformances and chair material review/failure review boards to ensure timely, risk-based decisions.

You will investigate quality issues, drive root cause analysis, implement effective corrective actions and support new product introduction to ensure products are delivered right first time.

Your expertise will help reduce risk, improve product performance and enhance customer confidence.

  • Leading final inspection and acceptance activities to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing the disposition of non-conformances Chairing failure review and material review boards.
  • Significant experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience leading root cause investigations using techniques such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa and FMEA.
  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and statistical problem-solving techniques.
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and production quality improvement activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline is desirable.
