Sabine Rooftop Bar are looking for a Bartender/Mixologist to bring their positive and sunny personalities to the secret garden sanctuary. Sabine Rooftop Bar offers an exciting experience of the London skyline from Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paulâs roof terrace. Our team is diverse and unique, where we aim for first-class hospitality every time. The breath-taking views and botanical interior theme offer the perfect vibe for those looking to escape the bustle of the city, with two outside terraces â one with a retractable domed roof.
As a Bartender/Mixologist, we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Youâll be welcoming guests and providing the best recommendations to their likings. Youâll be preparing and serving drinks and cocktails whilst also ensuring each visit is filled with the perfect escape from the busy city life.

As a Bartender/Mixologist, you will:
