As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Team Leader you’ll be keeping the M&E operation running like clockwork and leading your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. You’ll need to manage the M&E operation with a passion to deliver excellent customer care.
Responsibilities
- Be yourself!
- Be a vibrant host for customers and an expert in recognising their needs - customer retention is a crucial part of this role!
- Be hands on and visible in the operation with the ability to lead and multi-task.
- Keep the details in mind - you’ll take ownership for ensuring the hotel facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
- Have great communication skills - it’s important to establish relationships with organisers and other departments within the hotel!
- Ensure that staffing levels are adequate for upcoming events.
- Assist the F&B Team whenever M&E is not busy.
