Overview
Be Yourself – Be a Bold Team Player– Be Leonardo
As a Night Porter, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, supporting your Head of Department and helping keep things running like clockwork. You’ll be stepping into a busy role as part of a vibrant team, maximising guest satisfaction by delivering excellent guest care at all times. You’ll interact with guests at welcome and departure and shape their experience by getting involved in the Kitchen to prepare room service orders.
Responsibilities
- Be yourself
- Along with your Night team, take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and our guests
- Carry out regular Fire Walks each night
- Be detail-oriented: you’ll be setting out ambient breakfast items in the morning, and it needs to look great
