In this role, you’ll shape our external value proposition by securing and activating strategic partnerships that boost member engagement, deliver incremental value, and strengthen long-term loyalty. You’ll work across both global partnerships and curated local experiences, ensuring relevance and consistency in every market.
Collaborating closely with Loyalty Operations, CRM, Marketing, and Revenue teams, you’ll ensure all partner propositions are commercially viable, operationally seamless, and fully integrated into the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and secure high‑value strategic partnerships across retail, lifestyle, travel, and experience‑led sectors to enhance the loyalty proposition.
- Design partnership frameworks, including commercial terms, value exchange models, earn/burn mechanics, and contractual structures.
- Manage a balanced portfolio of global strategic partners and high‑impact regional or local partners.
- Collaborate with the Loyalty Program Operations Manager to ensure partner offers align with program rules, tier benefits, and overall loyalty strategy.
- Work closely with CRM and Marketing teams to support the execution of co‑branded promotions, partner launches, and targeted member campaigns.
- Establish and track partnership performance metrics, analysing engagement, redemption, member uptake, and ROI.
- Identify opportunities to optimise partner mix based on member behaviour, performance data, and competitive benchmarking.
- Lead ongoing partner relationship management, ensuring operational excellence, mutual value delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the loyalty program externally, including partner meetings, negotiations, and industry engagement as required.
- Contribute to the long‑term evolution and scalability of the loyalty ecosystem as the program grows globally.
Ideal Candidate:
- Have previous experience (4+ years) in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles preferably within hospitality, retail, lifestyle or travel sectors.
- Experience in developing ‘Earn and Redeem’ ecosystems, specifically identifying and onboarding partners that add value to higher-tier loyalty members (e.g. luxury lifestyle, transport, or exclusive events).
- Have strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
- Have experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple markets or regions.
- Be analytical, with confidence assessing performance data and translating insight into action.
- Confident in tracking and reporting on partnership ROI, specifically focusing on metrics such as New Member Acquisition Cost (CAC), incremental spend per stay, and partner redemption rates.
- Ability to work closely with CRM teams to design partner-led acquisition campaigns that fuel database growth and member engagement.
- Ability to adapt partnership strategies to different regional consumer behaviours.
Perks:
- Special rates on Leonardo Hotel rooms across the UK & Europe.
- Company-wide recognition scheme: you could earn vouchers to spend on a wide range of high street shops.
- Talent referral scheme.
- Thank You Week: from ice cream trucks to yoga classes and lots in between!
- Wellbeing Calendar.
- Ongoing job-related training programmes with clear paths for progression.
