Overview
Be Yourself – Be a Bold Team Player – Be Leonardo. As a Night Auditor, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, supporting your Head of Department and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll be balancing end-of-day accounts and working as part of a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.
Responsibilities
- Run the night audit and balance end-of-day accounts
- Maintain safety and security of the hotel and guests in collaboration with the Night team
- Confidently communicate with guests at the desk, by email, and over the phone to build rapport
- Assist guests at welcome and departure during the night
- Manage room service orders and liaise with the Night Porter to ensure guests enjoy meals from the Kitchen
