At Leonardo Hotels, we are recruiting for a Supervisor role to join our great team in the Meeting & Events Operations areas. We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly person who really enjoys working in hotels and wants to provide great hospitality to our guests, contributing to them having a memorable stay with us.

We want you to be part of a diverse team working together to provide excellent hospitality and products to our guests in the restaurant, bar, or conference departments. We set high standards to surprise and delight our customers and deliver a great experience.

  • Supervisory experience or be a strong Meeting & Events team member looking to take on additional responsibility
  • Great communication skills to interact with guests and the team
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends (no split-shifts)

The job:

  • Supervise the Meeting & Events Operations Crew, ensuring responsibilities are understood and duties performed to high standards
  • Be familiar with daily bookings to prepare the team and department
  • Serve food and drinks while providing excellent customer service, acting as a role model
  • Maintain a visible presence within the hotel to respond to guest requests and keep areas clean
  • Handle guest complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction
  • Train and motivate team members
  • Ensure accurate cash, float, and till procedures
