Are you a hands-on IT professional with a passion for technology and great customer service? We\’re looking for a proactive IT Operations Engineer to join our close-knit IT team, based at one of our flagship London properties on the Central Line.
This is a varied, practical role suited to someone who thrives on structured support work, real-world problem solving, and project delivery. You\’ll support four hotel sites in London and beyond, becoming a contributor to our operations.
You’ll be part of a small, supportive IT team spread across the UK and Ireland. While you\’ll be based in London, you’ll collaborate closely with other team members both remotely and in person, and you\’ll also be backed by a number of trusted suppliers.
Key Responsibilities Of The IT Operations Engineer Include

  • Building, configuring, and deploying IT hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals) across our hotel estate in the UK and Ireland
  • Providing second-line support for IT issues across the group
  • Supporting large-scale conferences and events
  • Leading and assisting with tech projects including Wi-Fi upgrades, switch installations, and system rollouts
  • Taking initiative – identifying improvements, proposing new ideas, and seeking out training opportunities
  • Building strong working relationships – becoming a familiar and trusted part of each hotel’s management team
  • Good communication skills, especially in fast-paced hospitality settings

If you’re our ideal IT Operations Manager, you will:

  • Previous experience in a practical IT support role (field-based or multi-site preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Windows devices and hardware
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (switches, cabling, Wi-Fi)
  • A helpful, flexible attitude and the confidence to work independently.
