HR GRADUATE PROGRAMME 2025

The Graduate Programme

1. This is a rotational programme covering all areas of the HR department, including generalist HR, recruitment, Group HR, L&D, and more.
2. You will gain experience and insight into employment law across the UK and Ireland.
3. Extensive personal and professional development is provided through training workshops, webinars, and project work.
4. The programme is a fixed-term 2-year contract with the aim of securing a permanent role upon completion.
5. Opportunity to work hybridly, with the possibility of working one day from home per week.
6. We will consider applications from any of our 36 hotel locations across the UK and Ireland.

What we are looking for

1. Flexibility regarding location to maximize your experience.
2. A passion for hospitality.
3. A proactive and positive attitude.
4. Resilience and strong time management skills.
5. A degree or equivalent in HR or CIPD Level 5 qualification.
6. Ideally, experience working in a Hotel, Leisure, or Hospitality setting.
7. Right to work in the UK & Ireland.
8. Willingness and ability to travel across the UK and Ireland, including overnight stays.
