As a Receptionist you’ll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. You’ll be stepping into a busy role and will be part of a vibrant team, representing the hotel as the first person our guests meet. You’ll be organising all aspects of the check-in and check-out processes, offering guests the real 5-star treatment at our hotel.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm and friendly welcome.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.
• Provide guests with local recommendations and guidance for a great stay.
