Overview
Be Yourself – Be a Bold Team Player – Be Leonardo. As a Casual Night Porter, you’ll be in the heart of the hotel, supporting your Head of Department and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be part of a vibrant team, maximising guest satisfaction by delivering excellent guest care at all times. You’ll interact with guests at welcome and departure, shape their experience by getting involved in the kitchen to prepare room service orders, set Meeting & Event Rooms, and keep the hotel clean.
Responsibilities
- Interact with guests at welcome and departure and deliver high-quality guest care.
- Assist in the Kitchen to prepare room service orders and help set Meeting & Event Rooms.
- Keep the hotel clean and well-presented for guests.
- Be responsible for safety and security as part of the Night team.
- Carry out regular Fire Walks each night.
- Set out ambient breakfast items in the morning so it looks great.
