As a Front Office Manager, you’ll keep your department running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. You’ll be an integral member of the management team, inspiring a vibrant team to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service and exceed guests’ expectations.

Responsibilities

To develop vital business and people skills we offer an 8-month “Fast Forward Programme”, or if the time is right our longer-term “Accelerate Programme” will prepare you for your first DGM or Operations Manager role! “Accelerate” develops your abilities and expertise at Leonardo Hotels, along with an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) certificate and membership of the Institute of Hospitality (IoH). With our support on tap, top-notch practical training and clear progression you’ll be on track for a brilliant future in Hospitality.

About Leonardo Hotel Swindon

A 5-minute walk from the town centre\’s pedestrianised shopping precinct, this simple, modern hotel is also 0.8 miles from Swindon Arts Centre. The laid-back rooms feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities, as well as work desks and a pillow menu. There’s a casual restaurant serving an international menu, as well as a bar with big-screen sports offering light meals. Other amenities include a business centre and 7 meeting rooms. Parking is available for a fee.
