As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Operations Manager and Head of Department, you’ll be keeping the M&E operation running like clockwork and leading your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. You’ll need to manage the M&E operation with a passion to deliver excellent customer care.

  • Be a vibrant host for customers and an expert in recognising their needs
  • Be hands-on and visible in the operation with the ability to lead and multi-task
  • Take ownership for ensuring the hotel facilities and equipment are well-maintained
