We have a great opportunity for a Night Duty Manager to join the team at Leonardo Hotels.

Experience required:
- Operational knowledge in Reception, Food & Beverage, or both
- Experience in branded hotels or restaurants preferred
- Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and standards-driven
- Ability to make decisions quickly and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Strong upselling skills and customer needs anticipation
- Team management, resource allocation, cost control, stock monitoring, rota management
- Effective communication and team motivation
- Proficiency with Opera, SAP, Micros systems
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare the hotel for daily operations and share updates with the team
- Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service
- Maximize sales opportunities
