As an HR Administrator you’ll support cluster HR teams across our UK & Ireland portfolio, providing quality HR administrative support and assisting management with the delivery of the HR strategy. Your day‑to‑day work will include:
- Recruitment
- Personnel file management
- Policy compliance
- New starter induction
- Learning administration
- Payroll query resolution
- Meeting note‑taking
Travel is expected once a month, with occasional overnight stays. You will also have the opportunity to work from home one day a week.
Responsibilities
- Support hiring managers with end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with company policies and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legislation at all times
- Support delivery of new starter induction
- Use the employee app to inform teams of relevant activities and sign‑post information on company benefits
- Ensure learning administrative tasks are completed, e.g., keying promotions, removing leavers, and maintaining training attendance records
- Assist with payroll query resolution, ensure accurate working time records, and advise managers on payroll process changes
- Take notes during formal meetings
