You are a Room Attendant at Leonardo Hotels. Your role involves providing exceptional guest care, maintaining rooms and cleaning areas, and supporting hotel operations in a safe and efficient manner.

Main Tasks

  • Offer exceptional guest care at all times
  • Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms in line with company standards
  • Work in a timely and efficient manner to complete assigned tasks in line with productivity guidelines
  • Respond to and complete guest requests politely and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and tidy working environment for the department, including storerooms, trolleys and corridors
  • Assist with cleanliness of other areas of the hotel as required
  • Support cost control and environmental initiatives, including linen rejects and utility consumption
  • Operate safely, reporting hazards, accidents, losses or damages to management
  • Maintain awareness of utility consumption, ensuring all equipment, lights, etc. are turned off when not in use
  • Utilise all relevant systems correctly to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures and legislation, including COSHH and Manual Handling
  • Complete any other reasonable request by management or supervisor
