Job Overview

Be part of the Leonardo community across 55 hotels in the UK and Ireland.

This is a permanent overnight position.

The successful candidate will work overnight shifts from 10:30pm to 7:00am, five days per week.

Working days will vary week‑to‑week based on the hotel’s needs.

You will act as Night Manager and Head of Department, keeping the department running efficiently and leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and its guests.
  • Motivate your team; develop training and development plans to keep the team effective.
  • Implement new strategies to maximise guest experience and satisfaction.
  • Set a positive tone for guests on welcome and/or departure.
  • Ensure the hotel is sufficiently stocked throughout the night and ready for business each morning.
