The Front Office Manager will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the Front Office department through effective leadership, engagement, and development of the team.
Working closely with other departments across the hotel, you will ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience in line with both Leonardo Hotels' brand standards and the hotel's service expectations.
As an ambassador for the hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels group, you will demonstrate our company vision, mission and values, treating colleagues, guests and stakeholders with respect, dignity and fairness at all times.
What you'll do
- Lead, motivate and develop the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Create an engaged and high performing department that consistently delivers departmental KPIs.
- Act as a role model, promoting a positive culture and leading by example.
- Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest journeys.
- Complete Duty Manager shifts as required, supporting the wider operation of the hotel.
- Drive continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.

- Previous leadership experience within a Front Office or hotel operations environment.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
- The ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in a fast paced operational environment.
- A positive, proactive approach with the ability to inspire and develop others.
- Flexibility to work a rota across five days per week, including a mixture of early and late shifts.
- Days off will vary in line with the needs of the business, and shift patterns may change from week to week to support operational requirements.
