Once you’re part of the team, you’re part of the Leonardo community of over 55 hotels across the UK & Ireland. The Night Auditor supports the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Front Office department, supervises day‑to‑day operations, and ensures guests’ expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility, alongside your Night team colleagues, for the safety and security of the hotel and our guests.
  • Communicate confidently with guests, whether at the desk, by email or over the phone, building rapport and providing excellent service.
  • Bring positivity to the role, assisting guests at welcome and departure throughout the night.
  • Manage room service orders and liaise with the Night Porter to ensure guests receive great meals from the kitchen.
  • Run the night audit, balance end‑of‑day accounts, and support the Head of Department to keep operations running smoothly.
