As a Night Auditor, you will support the Front Office department’s strategic initiatives, supervise day‑to‑day operations, and ensure a seamless night audit process while upholding guest service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Run the night audit, balancing end‑of‑day accounts and preparing reports.
  • Take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and its guests.
  • Communicate confidently with guests at the desk, via email, or over the phone.
  • Assist guests during welcome and departure throughout the night.
  • Manage room service orders and coordinate with the Night Porter to deliver meals.
