The Maintenance Supervisor will support the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Maintenance department, as well as supervising day-to-day operations. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of the team, working with the Maintenance Manager to inspire and motivate your colleagues, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance tasks and general Health and Safety requirements, inspiring a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the strategic initiatives of the Maintenance department.
  • Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations.
  • Maintain high standards of service in line with company and hotel-specific requirements.
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel and the Leonardo Hotels estate.
  • Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
  • Motivate, coach, and inspire the maintenance team.
  • Ensure that all facilities meet the high Leonardo standard.
Ideal Candidate
  • Have proven experience in a similar role within Hospitality.
  • Skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry or related areas.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with other departments.
  • Ability to motivate and coach team members.
