Be Yourself – Be a Bold Team Player – Be Leonardo. You will join a community of over 55 hotels across the UK & Ireland. The Night Manager directs the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Front Office department and manages day-to-day operations through the engagement of the team. You will act as an ambassador for your hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, upholding the company vision, mission and values. You will maintain respectful, fair treatment of colleagues and guests at all times. The role involves carrying out Duty Manager shifts and leading your department to ensure guests have a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and our guests.
- Be a great motivator for your team: proactively work on training and developing plans to maintain effective performance.
- Implement new ways to maximise guest experience and satisfaction.
- Bring a positive attitude to work every day: set the tone for guests’ stays at welcome and/or departure.
- Ensure the hotel is sufficiently stocked throughout the night and ready for business each morning.
- As a Head of Department, carry out Duty Manager shifts and inspire vibrant teams to exceed guest expectations.

This is a Fixed Term position for 1 year.
