As a Cluster HR Administrator you will support the HR team for the North West and Northern Ireland, delivering HR strategy and administrative functions across Leonardo Hotels. The role includes travel and flexible working, with one day from home per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support hiring managers with end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with company policies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation at all times.
  • Deliver new starter induction activities.
  • Use the employee app to share relevant engagement activities and inform teams about company benefits.
  • Complete learning administration tasks such as entering promotions, removing leavers, and maintaining training attendance records.
