Be Yourself – Be a Bold Team Player – Be Leonardo. You’ll be part of the Leonardo community of over 55 hotels across the UK & Ireland. As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Porter you’ll be a face of the hotel, bringing a warm and friendly personality to work every day. This is a busy, hands-on role within the M&E department; with great attention to detail you’ll be setting up, refreshing and clearing rooms to the high Leonardo standard. You’ll work as part of a vibrant team to ensure all guests have a first-class experience with us.
Responsibilities
- Be yourself and bring a warm, friendly personality to work as part of the M&E team.
- Think on your feet to meet clients’ needs; maintain a can-do attitude.
- Have great communication skills: greet organisers, ensure guests’ needs are met and work with others to achieve the department’s KPIs.
- Be self-motivated and comfortable working alone at times.
- Work well in a team during large events.
- Be a hands-on contributor in the M&E department: setting up, refreshing and clearing rooms to the Leonardo standard.
