The Graduate Programme 2026 is an 18‑month Management Development Programme that blends work experience, off‑the‑job learning and self‑learning. You will be exposed to all areas of hotel operations through departmental rotations and will work closely with the Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager.
Early focus will be on the Duty Manager role and responsibilities within the first 3–6 months. The programme is offered on a fixed‑term contract with the aim of securing a permanent management role by the end of the programme.
Responsibilities- Rotate through key operational departments to gain a broad understanding of hotel functions.
- Support day‑to‑day operations and take on the Duty Manager role during the first 3–6 months.
- Collaborate with senior management and participate in on‑the‑spot decision making.
- Complete assigned off‑the‑job learning modules and self‑learning tasks.

- A degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism, International Hospitality or a related discipline.
