The 18‑month Management Development Programme offers a structured journey that combines work experience, off‑the‑job learning and self‑learning across all hotel operations.

The programme includes departmental rotations and close mentorship with a Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager. An early focus on the Duty Manager role provides practical responsibilities during the first 3–6 months. A fixed‑term contract leads to a permanent management position by programme completion.

Application Process

The process involves a two‑step assessment centre followed by a final interview with the General Manager of the placement hotel. Successful candidates will start the programme in November 2026, with opportunities from August/September. Applications close July 2026. We will be in touch by August 2026.
