As a Cluster Accounts Assistant, you’ll be making a significant impact on the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work every day. This is a busy role where you will support the efficient running of the Finance function and help optimise profitability within the business. Working as part of a vibrant team, you’ll exceed expectations and resolve queries promptly!

You will support six properties within the cluster, including Leeds, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Sheffield, and Gateshead, with the base at Leonardo Hotel Bradford. Travel to other properties within the cluster on an ad-hoc basis, with some overnight stays, will be required.

If you are our ideal Cluster Accounts Assistant, you will:

• Be yourself!
• Reconcile and record all banking transactions accurately into the financial system
• Conduct performance reviews of daily revenue processed
• Participate in month-end accounts processes and prepare accurate financial reports
• Assist in preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and stock valuation at property and cluster levels
• Communicate business performance and opportunities effectively to all management levels
• Have knowledge of SAP and Opera systems – training can be provided if needed!
• Have previous experience in a similar role
