As an Operations Manager, you’ll keep the hotel running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. As an Operations Manager, you will:
- Be yourself!
- Undertake Duty Manager shifts as required to support the team
- Work alongside the General Manager to devise new ways of moving the Leonardo Hotels brand forward in your hotel
- Support with the delivery of new starter induction and “Guest Care” training, ensuring all team members are offering great hospitality to our brand standards
- Actively monitor recruitment requirements in your hotel to support the operation (and your current team!)
- Have good knowledge of the local area to drive business opportunities for your hotel
- Collaborate with your local HR team to host engaging activities for your team
